With over 30 years of industry experience in supply chain management, Dipayan has extensive knowledge of the contract manufacturing landscape and supply chain across APAC, Europe and the Americas. Having worked at a leading American sportswear brand for over 21 years, Dipayan is experienced in formulating and implementing sustainable sourcing solutions such as reducing fabric waste, optimising energy and water usage, and minimizing the generation of hazardous discharge, to culminate in closed loop manufacturing. In his capacity as the Vice President of Apparel Manufacturing, Dipayan spearheaded the consolidation and automation of the manufacturing source base.
